Iodine is an essential element. Although its main function is to produce thyroid hormones by the thyroid gland, other organs in the body need iodine to function properly. * (4)
Several studies have shown that iodine intake is essential. * (1.2) The minimum amount of iodine found in these studies is equivalent to 0.1 mg/kg body weight per day. * For example, for a woman weighing 50 kg, the daily dose of iodine will be 5 mg. * The thyroid gland requires iodide to function properly. In the original study conducted 80 years ago in adolescent girls, 9 mg of iodides were taken daily. *(3)
Recommended use
Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, take one tablet daily.

Micosolle, a silica based carrier containing a nonionic surfactant, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearins and a pharmaceutical glaze.
