Indications
Glialia 700mg + 70mg is a food product for special medical purposes in microgranules for oral use, indicated for patients with disorders caused by neuroinflammatory processes associated with:
Transient ischemic events (TIA).
Postictal conditions on an ischemic basis.
Post-traumatic conditions of the central nervous system.
Conditions of cognitive decline (mild neurocognitive disorder – mild NCD).
early stage of dementia.
early stage of parkinsonism.
Inflammatory demyelinating diseases.
Diseases of motor neurons.
A state of altered mood.
Meals are based on:
Palmitoylethanolamide, a natural endogenous lipid substance with the structure of N-acylethanolamide, which in the body has the function of physiological intervention to maintain intrasystemic tissue homeostasis.
Luteolin, a natural substance belonging to the flavone family, with a significant and unique antioxidant effect. The combination of palmitoylethanolamide and luteolin in a combined ultramicronized form (Ultramicrocomposite PEALUT) allows the two active ingredients to exert a synergistic effect in controlling neuroinflammation caused by various endogenous and exogenous noxes affecting the central nervous system; this control is exercised through inhibitory modulation of non-neuronal cells – astrocytes, microglia, mast cells – normally responsible for maintaining the balance of the central nervous tissue.
Ingredients
Palmitoylethanolamide ultramicronized together with luteolin (particle size 0.8–6.0 µm); Adjuvant: sorbitol;
Luteolin ultramicronized with palmitoylethanolamide (particle size 0.8-6.0 µm): Emulsifiers: sucrose palmitic esters, vegetable polysorbate.
How to use
Glalia microgranules should be used under medical supervision.
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets per day in cycles of 20-30 days, repetition is possible according to the doctor’s opinion; preferably taken sublingually.
